Ferrone v. Rossi

RONAN, Justice. The plaintiff brought this bill for mandatory injunction to require the defendant to remove certain structures which the defendant has placed and maintained upon the plaintiffs premises. The plaintiff appealed from an interlocutory decree overruling his exceptions to a masters report and confirming the report, and from a final decree dismissing the bill.
