Plaintiff sued to recover attorneys fees and expenditures incidental to an indemnity agreement executed by defendants with plaintiff for the release of an attachment against N. Abraham in another action then pending against that defendant. The cause was tried to the court without a jury upon a stipulation of facts and the testimony of one witness. Plaintiff had judgment for the full amount prayed for.
