What does a Pyrotechnics Engineer (designer of fireworks) have to do with Boy Scouts? Absolutely nothing. And that's what Abby Foxx tried to tell … well, just about everybody. But she still got roped into being a merit badge counselor to a bunch of boys who towered over her and couldn't see past the perky, attractive, freckled beauty who was trying to instruct them on something she knew nothing about.

Enter PJ. Abby wasn't sure where he came from, but when he claimed to have been an Eagle Scout himself, she couldn't turn down his offer to "help." And that was when the fireworks really began.
