The only book I need on preserving
I have Vivien Lloyd to thank, as this book is the only one that has ever helped me to get my marmalade spot on. After several slightly dodgy attempts to make homemade marmalade using other books, this is the one that has helped me get it spot on.
Marmalade making is somewhat addictive, and the recipes for marmalades made with other citrus fruits are just superb, meaning that I can make it all year round using grapefruit, lemons and limes, and not just limiting to Seville oranges in their short season.
An excellent book and great value for money.
