Applications to become a "Florida registered paralegal" are now available on The Florida Bar Web site at www.floridabar.org. The program for voluntary registration of paralegals who meet minimum educational, certification, or work experience criteria, and agree to abide by an established code of ethics launched March 1 and applications were made available the same day.
