An enthralling storyboard, with so many interwoven characters. A story world that lives on in my mind. Looking forward to the fifth book in the series - and to asking the acquaintance of new characters in other books by K J Colt.
Healers of Meligna series
Very worrying series. The concept of healing through intercourse and especially with very young girls is distasteful and really disturbing.
Why the author couldn't have raised the age of Adenine to be at least 16 when she was "discovered" is beyond me.
The whole story doesn't sit well and despite the underlying plot being good, it is ruined by the disturbing aspects of paedophilia which are repeatedly referred to.
I feel that some serious rewriting of this entire series should be undertaking to make the books more palatable.
