COLEMAN, Justice. This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Lamar County, In Equity, establishing a boundary
line between lands of appellant on the north and lands of appellee on the south. The appellant, complainant below, filed his bill alleging that appellant and appellee are coterminous landowners; describing
appellant's land; also describing appellee's land; and alleging the true boundary line to be as follows:
