George Learns About Mindfulness

George was feeling frustrated and upset lately and he didn't know what to do. George turned to his best friend Henry, a goat that lives on the farm to help him process what mindfulness was. George and Henry learned different techniques to help him calm down and to help him come up with coping skills in case it happens again.
