A personalized approach that leads to success
This book is a real stand-out compared to the couple of time management titles I've tried out over the last months; the key is that it devotes significant amount of space to helping you to figure out what YOUR actual time drains are; and once identified, via fun exercises and self-challenges, the book helps you to develop a strategy on how to mitigate them. I've only started with it about two weeks ago, but so far so good ….. a real help I think, and a bargain for the price! The author seems to offer workshops as well, and it's clear that a lot of experience has gone into developing the exercises and the content. A great buy.
