'Glubbslyme. You're magic!'
When Rebecca wades into the witch's pond after a row with her best friend Sarah, she meets a very unusual new friend - a huge, warty toad! And Glubbslyme is no ordinary toad. Hundreds of years old, he can talk and - best of all - he can work magic. Maybe, just maybe, he can help Rebecca be best friends with Sarah again . . .

I read this and was totally addicted!! It's really good and funny and magical! It is one of my favourites!
This is such an atmospheric book, and for children my age, and I'm eleven years old, this book is almost magical! It is defiantly one of my favourite books by Jacqueline!
Oh how I loved Glubbslyme
This book was fantastic (especially as I love witches so much 🖤😈) I really enjoyed the bit where Rebeca made up loads of different tortures for the nineteenth-century witches and the bit where she takes Glubbslyme home and he’s so confused by all of the modern things 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I would recommend it for anyone who loves witchcraft and a little bit of silliness 🖤
