With a CIA agent in tow Alex has to re-engage with the hackers world of secrecy, paranoia, aggressiveness and fear. To find the World Bank hacker Alex has to deal with AKA, a paranoid, aggressive, survivalist hacker, the Anaki guru from back in the day. A monetary deal is struck between the hacker and the bank. But before AKA can deliver the goods on the World Bank hacker he disappears, as does the money from his account.
