Harsco Corp. V. Zlotnicki

Harsco Corporation initiated an action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Lucjan Zlotnicki, a former employee, seeking, inter alia, a declaratory judgment as to the ownership of an invention conceived and developed by Zlotnicki during his employment with Harsco. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Harsco and denied Zlotnicki's motion for reconsideration. Zlotnicki appeals and we affirm.
