Publisher Description

This is an appeal from an order denying the motion of the impleaded defendants for summary judgment. The impleaded defendant Eileen R. Meyer, hereinafter referred to as the host, contends that the law of Indiana, which requires that a hosts conduct be "wanton or wilful" if a guest is to recover, is applicable to this case and that, since the only allegation of the complaint is of ordinary negligence, the suit must be dismissed. The trial court held that Wisconsin law was applicable and denied the motion.
