Heatherridge Management Co. v. Benson

We granted certiorari to review the decision of the Arapahoe County District Court, which affirmed the judgment of the county court in favor of respondent. This case arose from a dispute between petitioner Heatherridge Management Company, landlord, and respondent Patrick Benson, tenant, over the formers retention of a security deposit posted by the latter. After considering the merits, we affirm the judgment in part, reverse in part, and remand for hearing on respondents claim for attorneys fees.
