Heaven’s Cry

The wealthiest man in the IAC puts together an expedition to investigate anomalies that were detected far across the galaxy. At the grand admiral’s suggestion, he finds and convinces the best linguist, who had been hiding from his past, to join the voyage as they could discover another civilization. That civilization could it be much larger and far more dangerous than the UNF. Can they find and observe this civilization without being detected and return home safely?
