CROCKETT, Justice. The question here involved is whether a certificate of stock can be attached in this state by seizure of the certificate without leaving a copy of the writ of attachment with an officer of the corporation as specified in Rule 64C(e)(5), Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. We affirm the trial courts ruling that it cannot.
