Hebron v. District Court

The petitioner contends that the minute order of the court does not "clearly and certainly reflect the respondent courts judgment." Consequently, petitioner argues that the judgment does not comport with the requirement of C.R.C.P. 58(a)(2) for a "written form of the judgment."
