“You have ten minutes,” Mrs. Kenner said. Her voice was soft and smooth.
I started filling in answers. I was a business major here at Tech, but English was my best subject and this poetry quiz was too easy. I answered every question with confidence, put down my pencil and looked up happily at Mrs. Kenner. She checked her watch.
“Five minutes left,” she said.
