80 Recipes - less than one quarter of which appealed

Whilst I don’t mind an eBook of recipes I don’t think one should ever buy one without first having seen a physical copy to check out the recipes. Whilst there were a number of recipes that I might try out (though I doubt they will become staples in my household but more occasional treats) there were far more that didn’t appeal. Firstly there are the curries, the wraps, flatbreads and fajitas that I personally never eat, then the sheer number of recipes which contain tomato (for which I have a food intolerance) but my main bugbear was that everything seemed to need frying off and I don’t know why but I expected these recipes to be healthier. If you want to buy this book check it out in a bookshop first.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
