As it says above, the recipes are first class.
This is what I've wanted for such a long time, I'm not a gym bunny at all so the diet section for me is very important.

This 'book' is basically the same as most stars write for a magazine feature :/ it does not state that 90% of the exercises require gym equipment therefore not ideal for someone trying to fit this around a busy schedule! All this book basically is, is a few meals and recipes where Holly has counted the calories already for us :/ also the price is steep for 38 pages!
Easy to follow recipes for someone like me who hates spending hours in the kitchen! Followed Holly's journey on snapchat and was amazed by her progress! Very happy with this purchase and can't wait to see the results
