Hopeful Things

We all my wonder at times  what exactly is hope.  Many of us want it in some fashion or another, and all of us need it, whether we realize it or not is another story entirely.  Our lives are built from memories, experiences, friends, lovers, sadness, joy and so many other facets that we sometimes forget its foundation:  Hope.  What brings us to have the courage to venture out into tomorrow, to plan for a better day, to dream that all things are possible, not only for us, but for our loved ones and also for those whom we hope to love.  Hope is all the things that we hold closest to us, let it be a stepping stone that brings us stronger out of grief and pain, and let it be the gates that brings us through to waking dreams and love’s subtle warmth.
