In my family and circle of friends there are three heat level tolerations. Wailers love the HEAT! Piles it on! Whiners not so much--tone it down please! These recipes were compiled during the final draft of my novel Courting Thomasyna, or His Practically Perfect Plan B.  Thomi is a successful actress and a pretty darn good cook. Her family grows and uses various chili peppers often in their meal preparation. So hot peppers are featured in the book. Thought it would be fun to have some recipes to complement the story.
