Content is ok, but little to no illustration
I downloaded this for my kids, but it really isn't suitable for younger children. Even with a good reading ability for their age, this book offers little to capture their interest. Contrary to the allure of the exciting cover, the layout of the content is unimaginative and there are only a couple of images in the whole book. Children want to be able to skim through, see a picture that sparks their interest and then read all about that fact. The publishers really shouldn't be charging what that are for this.
If you want iBooks of facts for kids, check out the Miles Kelly range, they're far better.
