Fantastic place to start

This was a refreshing read that really appealed to me. Not only does it address the key questions, fears and the overwhelming feelings surrounding contemplating a career change, but it also offers thoughtful self-reflection exercises throughout the book. These are immensely helpful and now I'm looking forward to implementing my new plan!
