This book gives you a perspective about how to control your brain and emotions. It's worth to read although it has just 182 pages.

How to take control of your brain

Excellent book, well written in simple style.

How to Take Control of Your Brain

A good book that looks at the effects of questions on human psychology, used as a self-help book, roughly the first third of the book is useful but after that it becomes extremely repetitive and merely recites the same points over and over again, while Sye's writing style tries to make you believe these are new ideas.
