Customer Reviews
Great tips but too many ancedotes
Pro: easy to read book with logical and rather helpful tips
Cons: way too many side stories which actually distracted from the main point . somewhat patronising tone in terms of written style.
Overall would recommend it to anyone searching for an easy read on enhancing one,s communication skills
Not great, but not awful.
Some good techniques in this book, however, the book is far too long in my opinion, and many of the techniques are in effective.
Pretty good
Pretty good book, some interesting tips
