Unusually lucid and practical
The advice given in this book is Buddhism through and through, yet somehow the author makes it so accessible that anyone who reads it, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, will find a wealth of powerful insight they can use to transform their daily life. A remarkable achievement.

So clear helpful!
One of my favourite paperbacks
I’m so excited to get the digital version of this book, the paperback version is one of my favourite books on Spirituality.
Beautifully presented wisdom for 21st Century Buddhists from one of the great Tibetan Buddhist masters. There are many people writing about eastern philosophies but this is the real deal.
The depth of understanding is apparent in the simplicity that profound topics are explained and made easily accesible for everyone to practice.
Whole-heartedly recommended.
