Unusually lucid and practical

The advice given in this book is Buddhism through and through, yet somehow the author makes it so accessible that anyone who reads it, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, will find a wealth of powerful insight they can use to transform their daily life. A remarkable achievement.

How to Transform Your Life

I have the paperback version of this book and am looking forward to dipping into this book for some instant calm and practical help when my mind is disturbed by challenging situations. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso explains clearly that the cause of happiness is inner peace and gives step by step instructions on how to spot and let go of the mental habits which disturb the mind.He explains how to increase one's love, compassion and wisdom so that we can experience profound happiness ourselves and be of enormous benefit to others. He explains clearly how to meditate and also to apply these instructions in daily life, so that we can gradually learn to deal with everyday challenges with a peaceful, positive, mind. So clear helpful!

One of my favourite paperbacks

I’m so excited to get the digital version of this book, the paperback version is one of my favourite books on Spirituality.
Beautifully presented wisdom for 21st Century Buddhists from one of the great Tibetan Buddhist masters. There are many people writing about eastern philosophies but this is the real deal.
The depth of understanding is apparent in the simplicity that profound topics are explained and made easily accesible for everyone to practice.
Whole-heartedly recommended.
