A must have
I weaned my baby with this book and it was really helpful the first 30 days of the journey and beyond. It has a meal plan for the first month and many recipes to continue feeding him nutritional meals that we can all eat. I have recommended this book to my sister who is just starting weaning her own baby and she is really impressed with it.
