The red spiraling sun brings warning of an alien invasion that could enslave the entire world of Concentratia. It is up to Howard Hill to prepare the Concentratian Outcasts to defeat the Fifty-Year Alliance and save Concentratia. However, releasing the Outcasts into mainstream society, even to save the home he loves, could mean banishment for Howard Hill.
