He took my palm in his and turned it over so that the sapphire-coloured tattoos that covered my palms were visible. Then, much as I had just done, he lightly traced his finger across my skin. I shivered, but I didn't pull away.
After the terrible arrival of the dark angel Kalona at the House of Night, Zoey Redbird and her friends have fled to the tunnels under the town, where they hide out with the strange new red Vampyre fledglings.
Everything changes when Zoey is badly injured - and finds herself back at the House of Night, face to face with Stark, who she hasn't forgotten since he died in her arms. But now Stark is working for Neferet. Can Zoey trust him? Who is really on her side as the battle begins? And what price will she have to pay for following her heart?

Recommended!
House of night is a breath of fresh air, it has a totally different take on the usual (very popular) vampire books. I like how it's not all based on romance, too many people have copied Stephanie Meyers and I get bored of clone books.
Totally love these books, but Hunted is one of my favourites. The action really starts to get going. I would definitely recommend.

Hunted is amazing!!!
Love these books
If you are 13 to well my age (37) all of you, male or female, will love these books. I read Twilight and sequels, and a lot of other similar books such as the My Blood Approves series, then i discovered these House of Night!
Im so glad i did as theyve done something none of the others did, theyve made me LOL n i mean REALLY lol, made me cry too. The things in these books are so normal even tho theyre bein felt and gone thru by beings that are classed as un-normal, immortals n goddesses! It is easy to relate to and you can totally understand it!!
So please give the first one a try n i swear to you, you will be enthralled and totally compelled to find out what happens next......
