Waste of time
Rather than dealing with weight issues.
The author goes on a rampage, feeding you with their interpretation of the bible. :(
Basic, disappointing and unhelpful
I was hoping for some real inspiration, sound Biblical insight and scripture to strengthen us in our battle to lose weight. What I got was a very basic and over- explained description of how unhealthy weight is based in sinful giving in to temptation and that Satan plants the calorie-laden ideas in our heads sometimes. Does it matter if the temptation was put there deliberately? What we need are the tools to say No.
