This book is about awakening to life after losing a loved one. 


There are essential qualities that we all share. These are universal human qualities that can help us through bereavement. One of the aims for the book is to help us clear the way, so that these qualities can help us through bereavement our own way.


The book invites us to be open to our inner experiences, no matter what they are. Being open to whatever is happening on four levels –  emotions, body, senses and thinking – will open us to our own wisdom and ability to get through bereavement. 


Going through bereavement can be uncomfortable at times, even feel overwhelming, but uncomfortable feelings can lead us to a more fulfilling life. So the book invites us to explore our discomfort with the knowledge that it may lead us to feeling more alive.


We are invited on an adventure in living well after the death of a loved one.
