1. Railroads - bill in equity to restrain - order of Public Service Commission - not maintainable - adequate remedy at law.

Railroad Company, which was required by order of Public Service Commission to continue operating two daily passenger trains
between certain points could not maintain an original bill in equity to restrain enforcement of such order since statutory
method of appeal from Commission's order afforded Company a plain, adequate, speedy and complete remedy for a judicial determination
of all the rights of Company and all of the questions involved. Secs. 7699, 7700, 7711, Code 1942.
