This book is useful only to people who buy into happy go lucky American tripe! Highly unrealistic but contains some good feel good messages that may be of use to some. It's very American and a little misleading in the title.
Motivated me to exercise. Easy to follow.
Great simple little book
Just read this book for the second time, lovely and simple easy read, I find that some books on this subject just ramble on and on.
