Publisher Description
From Best Selling Author, Ali Parker comes a new Billionaire Series filled with sexiness, humor and intense attraction...
Getting ahead couldn’t be harder…
With the pressure of completing school and burying her mother off of her shoulders, Riley moves into focusing solely on her career as an actress. Her coach, the infamous Clayton Welms, is older, confident and full of surprises. His strength draws her in, but nothing can seem to quench the fire she feels when she’s around Ethan. Too bad he’s lost in his own problems and unwilling to give her more than a few moments here and there.
Ethan’s life is unraveling at the seams, and he does what he does best as a leading actor – he pretends that everything is great. He moves through his scenes with easy and forces himself to ignore the anger burning inside of him at the unfairness of his troubles. Clayton seems to have Riley under a spell of sorts, and Ethan has to figure out if he’s willing to force himself back into the limelight in the beautiful girl’s life. Maybe it’s best to turn away and forget any of the feelings that drove him toward her in the first place.
Or maybe it’s time to stop planning so damn much and improvise a little more. Act on the fly. Steal the girl and make her his own if that’s what his heart desires. He’s not too sure about his heart, but other parts are screaming for her attention.
Time to grown up, stand up and steal her back?
Hell yes.
This is book 4 in a continued series.
18+ Explicit sexual content and possible foul language.

Ethan and Riley make progress but ends up being more of a ‘puff’ rather than a ‘bang’ moment
Improv is the fourth book in this serial series and you do need to have read the previous books to follow along with this book as it picks up where the last one ended. As with the previous book, this book ends with another cliffhanger, leaving lots of unanswered questions so if you hate waiting for a HEA, I wouldn’t recommend this book but if you are a fan of cliffhangers I would recommend this book.
I have to admit, after all the build up from the previous three books, I was a little disappointed with how things played out in this book as it kind of ended up like a ‘puff’ rather than a ‘bang’ moment. Yes, the relationship is developed further and you kind of can predict knowing there was more drama coming for Ethan and Riley but this book seemed to fall a bit flat initially. The ending was better though and it is well written as always, hence the 4 stars. As with the previous books, we do continue to get both points of views to move the story along, developing each character even further than we already know.
Intrigued by the cliffhanger to see now where Ethan and Riley’s story will go. Hopefully things will start to go right for them again soon and they get a HEA before too long.
*I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.
I am so in love with this series
This series keeps getting better and better. I didn't think it was possible, but the chemistry between Ethan & Riley is even more intense. Ethan has lots going on in his life, but how he deals with it all made me love him more. The cliffhanger was superb. I don't know how I can stand the wait until book 5, Upstaged, is released.
Loved this...
I love Ethan and Riley together and just as things seem to be going right for them life throws them a curveball. I can't wait for the next one, especially with that ending.
