Kept forgetting to buy it.

Not a bad book, written in the usual easy to follow style of the 'for dummies' series. I'm not sure that my memory has improved that much though. That may be because I kept forgetting chapters of the book shortly after reading them.

Improving your memory for dummies, mini edition

Very thought provoking and a good read. Takes you through some simple processes/tools to improve your memory and help you remember things.
