Publisher Description
This short course of ideas for learning to improvise using the Harmonic Minor Scale follows on from the course on Improvising on the Modes of the Major Scale, although it can be tackled completely separately as well. The course has transcribed ideas for riffs that fit to the different Modes of the Harmonic Minor Scale. The music is in Notation and Tablature with short descriptions showing which chords fit which riffs. Audio tracks that illustrate the music are included and there is one for lead and one with just the backing, for you to play to, both using guitar, bass & drums.

So thats how it done !
Like the similar book on improvising using the modes of the major scale, this simplifies what you need to know and demistifies what at first seems out of range. Again it is a simple approach to what may have seemed a dufficult concept. Read the book and it will help you find ways to understand and with practice become a more confident improviser.
