The Washington State Bar Association brought disciplinary proceedings against Archie M. Greenlee, a Seattle attorney, for alleged acts of misconduct in violation of the Canons of Professional Ethics. A hearing was held before a hearing panel on February 3, 1972, at which time proof was offered in support of seven items of misconduct. The panel found that violations occurred with reference to six items. They recommended that respondents right to practice law should be suspended for 30 days.
