In Re Dissolution of Marriage of Niedert

This is an appeal from an order changing custody of the parties nine-year-old daughter from the mother to the father. The issue is whether there was an adequate showing of changed circumstances to justify the order. The trial court did not specify the circumstances which it deemed to be sufficiently changed to justify the modification. To have done so, would have been helpful on review. We review the record de novo, giving weight to the trial courts comments regarding credibility.
