Soviet Design & American Denial in the Modern UAP Era

Publisher Description

A treatise on UAP propulsion physics, governmental disclosure, and the open scientific framework that connects them.

Valerijs Cernohajev was a Soviet aerospace engineer who spent forty years developing a complete, internally consistent theory of electromagnetic propulsion. He died in Latvia on 30 December 2019, having transmitted 119 handwritten manuscript pages to his daughter in the United States. Those pages describe a disc-shaped craft driven by solenoid array traction against a cosmic electromagnetic medium, powered by a water-fuelled pulsed fusion reactor, operating without wings, exhaust, or onboard reaction mass. The performance characteristics match, point for point, what credentialed military witnesses have been describing under oath for two decades.

This book places those manuscripts inside the governmental context that makes them consequential. The Defense Intelligence Agency's AAWSAP programme, funded at $22 million from 2008, was explicitly chartered to find a unified propulsion framework for advanced aerospace threats forty years out. It produced classified technical reports. It never produced the synthesis. Cernohajev, working alone and unpaid on the other side of the world, did.

Infinity Disclosed makes four arguments. That the convergence between AAWSAP's technical scope and the ¿ernohajev framework is not coincidental but diagnostic - two independent investigations driven toward the same physics by the same observed phenomena. That the UAP evidentiary record, assessed critically and honestly, supports the physical question even where it cannot answer it. That six specific, costed, executable experiments would confirm or falsify the central claims within five years. And that the energy and climate stakes of getting this right are large enough that continued classification of the underlying physics is no longer a defensible national security posture - it is a policy choice with civilisational consequences.

The analysis supporting the convergence claim is published. The experimental protocols are detailed enough to submit for funding. The congressional questions are specific enough to carry into a classified briefing.

This is where the investigation led.
