A sweet story with unexpected turns
I must admit that I was one of (I think) many that thought Brenna was in love with her best friend, but I guess that was meant to be our reaction. So when Beckett got his happy ever after, I was confused about what this meant for Brenna, and whether I would be happy when she found her person.
I am pleased to say I was happy and her person, Benjamin, is just what she needed. She had her secrets but it turns out so did he; his feelings for her.
This story had plenty of excitement and unexpected turns as well as romance and chemistry as well as the perfect HEA for Brenna - phew!
