Sample useless. Please update.
This book looks like it may be very good, but the "free" sample only shows you the index, and not any actual content. I appreciate that is a sample, but to us in the UK, it costs £13, and in my opinion, I'd like to see some actual content before I buy. Be honest, would you look through it beforehand if it were in a bookstore? Yes I think you would.
UPDATE: after emailing support, I got a quick and very useful reply with all the information I needed, including a small excerpt from one of the chapters for me to better understand the books content. I am very pleased with this book, and consider it value for money and very helpful indeed.
