Enlightening and transformative
The signifies authenticity, accountability, forward thinking, growth mindset and holistic empowerment.
I read the book in a single siting. It beautifully written, simple but still sophisticated, easy to digest and extremely engaging. I've been challenged to debunk most of inner thoughts and voices. One of my key takeaways from the book is to clearly define and outline what makes me feel joyous, loved and alive. Another takeaway, is how to show up for up for myself even in uncomfortable moments.
I highly recommend this book to anyone out there.
