18 July marks the 200th anniversary of Jane’s death. This has inspired a celebration of Jane’s life with plays, exhibitions, walks and tours happening in and around Hampshire, England. A selection of Jane’s most personal possessions are going on display, some for the first time in 40 years from private collections.
20% of all proceeds from the guide will go to help pay for much needed repairs to Jane’s house in Chawton, now the Jane Austen House Museum.
