Jasper wants to play outside but there’s a big black rain cloud filling the sky. When his mother tells him that every cloud has a silver lining, Jasper has only one thing on his mind – finding that silver lining!

So Jasper and his faithful dog, Wowser, try and get their plan off the ground but need a little help – and that’s where the Icklebots come in!
