Publisher Description
Jean Arthur Rimbaud stopped writing poetry at the age of 19. His poetry, much like his life, reflects his rebellious nature. He quit school when he was 15 and ran away to Paris. Unable to produce a ticket for his passage he was jailed in the French capitol before being returned to his home in Charleville. Aside from his poetic volumes, i.e. "A Season in Hell", etc., Rimbaud is perhaps best known for his tempestuous friendship with poet Paul Marie Verlaine.
