Jemimah's Curse

Beautiful, virginal, and devout Jemimah Brown has been brought up in the apparently idyllic but rather insular English market town of Fulsham. But one day her world changes when she meets a stranger in the town: a handsome black man - the first she has ever met - who is photographing her local church of St Modo's. Although he is friendly, she has heard strange stories about black men and his presence unsettles her.

Then, while out running on Fulsham Heath, she has an even more disturbing encounter with an old gypsy woman, who curses her for her beauty and the dangerous and perverted desires that she has unwittingly been arousing in others. Soon Jemimah is plunged into a bizarre series of sexual and sadistic ordeals that test her faith to its limits, as, over the course of a nightmarish week, she stumbles lost and naked from one shocking encounter to the next, exposing a hotbed of dark lusts and twisted desires along the way.

She is ambushed, stripped and ravished by three masked young men; made to pose for a piece of bondage art; introduced to intimate lesbian lovemaking; gets spanked, beaten and chased naked across the length and breadth of the Heath; is turned into a boats' living flesh engine; made into a sexual culinary dish; gets arrested and put in a cell of pain; is gang-banged and relentlessly degraded, and finally offered up as a sexual-sacrifice to a coven of devil-worshippers!

Is this the gypsy's curse at work, or is it the result of the covetous sexual lust that Jemimah innocently rouses in others? Has Fulsham always been a darker and more dangerous place than she knew all along? With her faith in shreds Jemimah needs to be rescued, but who is there left to save her from her seemingly inescapable fate?  Perhaps her White Knight comes with a dark skin?
