CROCKETT, Justice. Plaintiff King Bros. sued for the reasonable value of materials supplied to Oregon Dryer Company, a contractor building a dry kiln plant for the defendant Utah Dry Kiln Company. There is no privity of contract between the plaintiff and defendant.
