It started out really good
I was really looking forward to seeing how the story would go when I started the book. The writing was very good and so was the pace of the book. Unfortunately I was really disappointed in the end. Gina and her family who were portrayed as really powerful ended up being plot devices. And Mitch became overpowered with no good explanation or reason for it. Gina’s character had the potential to be so much more but she was relegated to the role of love interest. Also her father was also pushed mainly into the role of exposition. Which is really disappointing because he was portrayed as a very powerful person initially. Despite all this, I must repeat that the writing was well done and flowed easily
